Dr. Cheryl Ingram, known as Dr. CI, is a nationally recognized DEI strategist, entrepreneur, and filmmaker with over 20 years of experience transforming organizations through data-driven equity design. She is the CEO of Inclusology, a consulting and analytics firm that has partnered with companies such as Netflix, Uber, Foursquare, and the University of Washington to build sustainable and measurable DEI systems.

Deputy Executive Director
Dr. Cheryl Ingram, known as Dr. CI, is a nationally recognized DEI strategist, entrepreneur, and filmmaker with over 20 years of experience transforming organizations through data-driven equity design. She is the CEO of Inclusology, a consulting and analytics firm that has partnered with companies such as Netflix, Uber, Foursquare, and the University of Washington to build sustainable and measurable DEI systems.
Dr. CI is also the Deputy Executive Director of the Silicon Valley Equity in Education Institute (SVEEI), where she leads efforts to close educational and economic equity gaps by connecting underserved communities to pathways in technology and innovation. Her current work focuses on leveraging AI, research, and workforce development to redesign the education-to-employment pipeline and create scalable, systems-level change.
She is the author of DEI-ing and Soulful Words, and the producer of award-winning films including You’re Smarter Than You Look and the DEI-ing documentary, now streaming globally. Dr. CI is currently completing her second PhD, a Doctor of Business Administration at Pepperdine University, where her research focuses on how leadership identity influences DEI outcomes and the development of measurable frameworks for sustainable equity.
